Orders are shipped after production is complete. Once your package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, GRIMXNAILS is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
